I hired Neal to clean the debris that squatters left in our rental. I couldn't be happier! Neal did a WONDERFUL job and was worth Every. Single. Penny. I promise you, if you hire Neal you will NOT be disappointed. First of all he had an opening in his schedule and allowed me to book him on short notice. I reached out on Thumbtack after 8pm and he'd was at my door BEFORE 8am early the very next morning! He arrived not just on time, but EARLY and ready to work. He was through and he worked so FAST! He was done with a huge 3 bedroom unit plus basement all before 10:30 am. I expected him to need at least until 12 noon, but no, he completed the job way ahead schedule. I am beyond pleased with the work of this company and the professionalism. I will recommend this company and use them in the future. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to give the customer an idea of how much trash they may have by comparing it to how many pickup truck loads they may have even though my truck is big enough to handle all of it. Doing this helps customers estimate themselves how much their job is worth.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction, pricing, convenient date,time, get address and arrive on time. MAKE SURE THE CUSTOMER IS TOTALLY SATISFIED!!!
