Lamone and his team are great! Very responsive, came early, and just overall a great experience. Very efficient in and out type job. I’d definitely recommend to anyone needing quick and productive removal of furniture/junk. DOUBLE EIGHT IS THE GOAT!

Great experience! They came early on a Sunday which was great for my schedule. Fast work, professional nice guys. Great value, too! I will use them again. They hauled out 1 piece of furniture and a bunch of boxes and contractor debris. I wish I would have called sooner!! So happy to get this stuff outta here!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to give the customer an idea of how much trash they may have by comparing it to how many pickup truck loads they may have even though my truck is big enough to handle all of it. Doing this helps customers estimate themselves how much their job is worth.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction, pricing, convenient date,time, get address and arrive on time. MAKE SURE THE CUSTOMER IS TOTALLY SATISFIED!!!
