Phil was fantastic! He inspected our fireplace, cleaned it and walked us through how to use it properly. He took his time answering all of our questions and he wanted to ensure we would enjoy our fireplace and use it and not be afraid of it. Phil the owner was great on every level. We had a previous fireplace company come out and want a ton of money to line the chimney and make many other changes that would be expensive. Phil came out and thoroughly explained everything and all our options and after the next day we had a fireplace up and running for a 1/10 of the cost.
