- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer competitive pricing and they do not risk quality, as they can deal directly with me the owner I can always work something out for my clients. I base my price in what is the fair value of what I'm doing for them and what my competition will charge so you know you always get the best value with me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing that I want to do is get to see the project myself. I want to give them an accurate estimate. I have a flexible schedule so whenever it works for them works for, me after I see the project and get them the estimate we schedule the day the work will be done. After that, I just keep in touch with my clients answer questions and if anything that needs my attention comes up I will go and check it out.
