- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will match or beat any competitor's price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Contact customer and set up a day/time that works for them to conduct initial estimate. 2. Assess customers wants/needs and discuss, in detail, scope of project. 3. Discuss type/brand of materials being used and who is responsible for purchasing materials. 4. Give rough estimate on site, if possible. 5. Research project and send written estimate ASAP 6. Follow up written estimate by asking customer if they have any questions about the job/estimate that I can answer for them. 6. When hired for job, discuss start/end date 7. Receive down payment and purchase materials or assist customer with purchase of materials. 8. Communicate progress of job with customer. 9. Finish job and clean up work area, if necessary. 10. Make sure customer is happy with finished project, receive payment, and discuss future projects.

I took an electrical class in high school and got my electrical contractor's license in 2009.
