I enjoy my line of work because I'm always working on something different. Because of that my skill set is vast. I can provide the smallest maintenance job to room additions. I enjoy the challenges of creating custom designs for clients and helping them achieve their vision.

GMD Home Maintenance did first-class work in rebuilding a new staircase at our residence. Greg is a finish carpentry "pro" who knows how to translate envisioned designs into a great looking finished installation.

Greg was really easy to work with. He installed ceiling fans as well as switched out several preexisting fixtures. He did a great job.

We hired GMD to do a hall way remodel for us. My husband tore down an old barn and I wanted to use the wood in some capacity on the three walls in our entryway. Greg helped with the design and the full install. It turned out better than I could have hoped for. It’s beautiful. Greg is very talented when it comes to detail work and was also very helpful when it came to helping with me deciding on design elements. I absolutely love the end result and will not hesitate to hire GMD again.

Greg is a perfectionist. We are extremely happy with his work. He takes his craftsmanship seriously and is proud of his results.
He took a 27 year old deck with gazebo that needed a lot of TLC and made it like new. We highly recommend GMD Home Maintenance and Remodeling.
