- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Choosing the right equipment for your home has a few factors to it. Many of my customers are not aware that there are many different efficiency sizes available. When I am estimating a job I need to be onsite and take all factors into consideration. The insulation in your home? The heat calculations and the heat loss calculations? What kind of windows and doors does your home have? In the past if you needed a furnace or an air conditioner, there was only on size to choose from.

I take classes offered by my suppliers to stay current on new changes in my field.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing this work before I went to high school with some of my family.
