Gina, Frank & theor crew installed a walk in shower to aid both of our parents when they stayed with us. The shower is fantastic!!! It's beautiful & functional--just what we needed. The crew was amazing & professional, in fact we're looking to have them work on our master bathroom. What they've done for me goes far beyond installing a stair lift they gave me back my freedom, my dignity, and my independence. I picked slip proof safty to remodel our bathroom. Hopefully making it safer for my disabled daughter. Today the shower rod fell down and hit my daughter in the head while she was in the shower. The shower curtain made her trip and fall. As well as getting hit on the head. 1 they did not install the shower curtain they left it on my front porch and ask my to put it up myself. I did it was easy. But I don't think the shower rod would of fell if they didn't buy the cheapest one at menards. Like they did with the vanity. I was told it cost 200 dollars by Gina but it was actually the 2nd cheapest one at menards for 39.99. I bought a nice one and they installed it. The ceiling fan they replaced after I complained they replaced the old fan with a smaller one. The whole project was about safty and the gave me a cheap shower rod that didn't last 6 month and hit my kid in the head. Also the bench they put im the shower started to peel after 3 days. Very disappointed. I could of lived with the mistakes the made that I did not mention on this review but im very disappointed the shower rod they supplied was Un safe. I tried to reinstall it but it does not tighten. The bathroom is still under a 6 mo.warranty but i think I'll find someone else or fix it myself. I can't trust this company. After reading the review below mine I thought I'd add they didn't put up tarps or anything in my house either. They got dust all over my dead wife's close. ( not good) and they used my kitchen pot to catch drain water from the shower. Im only bring this up because I see it was the same problem for another customer. So it looks like a common problem. Your reply is a lie. I paid 200 for the medicine cabinet yours was 40 bucks. I oaid for it you never refunded me. And I didnt struggle with the instalation of the shower rod im a carpenter. You bought the cheapest crap. Also I complained while the work was being done to Gina and asked for a new crew after they got dust all over my dead wife's close and used the kitchen pot. I told Gina I didn't rust those people in my house and the next day the same people showed up without the supervisor. The reason i didn't complain afyer the job was I don't want this company back in my house. Also I didn't write the 1 star review till after my daughter got hurt. Sorry but your reply was wrong and full of lies. I have more complaints and pics but I stuck to the main problems in my review. I spoke with the woman who wrote the reply. She did listen to what I had to say. I do appreciate the call. She did not agree with me. But I don't think she realizes what going on at the job sight. She did point out this was for the disabled wich my thought is maybe they are not the best or safest company for this. The bathroom does look nice and my kid likes it. A better shower rod could of avoided a bad review. Since the woman did care enough to call I'll change my 1 star review.

Mr Meiner first of all, we are very sorry your daughter tripped and was hit in the head. We attempted to install the shower curtain, you were not home. You told us to leave it and you would install the tension rod. We have done hundreds of bathrooms and no one has complained about the quality of the tension rod before. I'm sorry you struggled with the correct installation. You should have let us know and we would have rectified it. We did not replace your vanity, we replaced your medicine cabinet. We bid for a mirror, but since you wanted a medicine cabinet, we ate the additional expense and gave you what you wanted. I have the receipt for the $200 medicine cabinet we bought. You did not like it so we installed the one you picked out. You wanted an exhaust fan with the highest cubic feet per minute. We purchased the fan with the highest CFM. It was higher CFM than your previous fan. I'm sorry it was smaller in size, that does not mean it is lower performing. I apologize that my techs needed to borrow a pot. We did not think this was a big inconvenience. We offered to buy you a new pot, and you refused. We have never had one of our shower benches peel so I'm not sure what that is about. As you stated, we guarantee our work. If you do not reach out to us, we have no idea you have an issue. I need to note that this was a project that was done with a state waiver which gave us a very strict budget. We did more than required, as we always try to do, when working with our disabled customers. I feel this review is very unfair. I have not lied and resent the accusation. Please refer to our project photos to see before and after pictures of this bathroom.
