Susanne Balcom counseled me and my husband on our married relationship. She presented a profile of our character.
Susanne walked us through each item and explained everyone.
Then she worked with our most recent issues and helped us work through each situation.
Scripture, homework and positive affirmation is what she assigned, to teach us to "Speak the same language."
We embraced her approach.
Susanne always asked at the end of each session how we were feeling. So, no loose ends.
Susanne is always on time and we would meet with her at church, 1 hour sessions and if a little more time is needed that was no problem.
Susanne continues to follow up with us.
Susanne Balcom has a unique gift to offer. A genuine care and concern for her clients is the accent to her profession.

Suzanne Balcom is a very caring counselor. When I needed help with anxiety and depression she patiently guided me through things that happened in my life in order to release them. And after each session she gave me things to work on and scriptures to read/pray about. Suzanne is a good listener and I thank God for her guidance in my life.
