My heater stopped working on the coldest day of the winter, when the temperature was below zero. The technician was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Despite the freezing conditions, he still arrived at my home on schedule and carefully inspected the heater to identify the problem.After finding the cause, he explained everything very clearly and patiently. Although the required parts would not be available until the next morning, he came up with a temporary solution to keep the heater running so we could stay warm overnight.His pricing was very reasonable as well, and his service was outstanding. I would highly recommend hiring him.
