- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work both fee-for-time (i.e. hourly) and on a project retainer basis for delivery of specific things (a scope of work basis). We match our program to your needs. Hourly rates generally start at $125 per hour with discounts available for longer commitments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically schedule an initial phone call with a new client to learn and understand about what they are seeking to accomplish and what their specific goals are - the more specific, the better. We then develop a program that matches the individual's needs, complete with a financial cost estimate of the total project. The client signs off on that and off we go!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 30 years of marketing success combined with my college education in journalism and political science with a marketing focus and minor.
