This is who you want. Javi did such a great job replacing my condo balcony. He’s innovative, timely, professional, knowledgeable, hard working, reasonably priced and he is a perfectionist. I loved his ideas for the different materials that he used that will make my balcony repair last for years. The balcony is so beautiful! I will recommend him to anyone and have other jobs that I will be hiring him for soon. What a great guy!

We moved in and noticed there must have been some flooding under our kitchen cabinets. The plywood was rotted, crumbling and swollen. Javi removed it and put in some better quality wood. He will call you with any ideas, how his schedule is running or to let you know his ETA. We have more plans for some outdoor work when the weather allows. I recommend him.
