- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide detailed information on my services and types of programs, including three main price ranges in which most of my programs fall. Once the customer has had a chance to look over the information, I prefer to have a short conversation to determine their specific needs, and to see which of my price ranges fit their budget. Based on this conversation I can then make recommendations on the type of program(s) that would be most appropriate for their unique needs.

Corporate, private events, schools/colleges, festivals, wedding receptions, fundraising events.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't let price be the only issue. Look for strong testimonials and references in the same type of event you are planning. Make sure the entertainer has successful experience in the specific area and type of performance you need.
