Brandon came to mount my tv and sound bar, he was early and called to confirm my appointment, he was patient and answered all my questions. He even recommended me a good quality sound bar that was cheaper in price than the one I was going to originally buy. He offered to hide my wires but I told him to leave them for my later connivence, so he made them look neat. Would absolutely recommend Gold hornet LLC for your mounting or tv setup jobs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a 10% discount to clients subscribed to the Hive member package. For $99.99 (+ tax) you’ll have access to customer support after normal business hours, as well as the 10% off of all our offered services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk with them, get a better understanding of what they are looking for from my work,and answering all the questions they may have while asking a few of my own to better understand.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have received hands on training by a larger scale company that specialized in home entertainment and tv mounting. And took some company supported training clases.
