- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a 10% discount to clients subscribed to the Hive member package. For $99.99 (+ tax) you’ll have access to customer support after normal business hours, as well as the 10% off of all our offered services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk with them, get a better understanding of what they are looking for from my work,and answering all the questions they may have while asking a few of my own to better understand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have received hands on training by a larger scale company that specialized in home entertainment and tv mounting. And took some company supported training clases.
