Shitty.. He said he was going to get back at me in 1 hr. and he didnt for several hours and then the rates were ridiculous!

AJ We are sorry you feel this way. When I spoke to you the first time on the phone I quoted our Commercial rate of $35.00/hr which we feel is well within industry standards for a commercial carpenter in St. Louis. As we are a fully insured company and we supply healthcare for our employees. This rate includes all insurances and tax liabilities for our carpenters. As for not getting back to you, I tried to call throughout the day and when I had not gotten through I text you the same rate and the availability of our service. Again I am sorry you feel this way.

McElrea arrived on schedule to repair, grind, and resurface two flights, a landing, and a porch on property entrance. Price was very competitive, craftsmanship well done, professional interactions on all occasions including bid estimate and on the job. I am very pleased with the finished product. The aesthetics to the property are improved significantly.
