Very professional, arrived on time. They were very clear on what needed to be done. It turned out the problem was very minute and did not cost anything to fix.

Had them out for a cleaning of our fireplace and an inspection. They noticed some issues up top and were able to take care of them same day. Showed us before and after pictures and explained all repairs in great detail. Work looked incredible and the service was superb.

Love them. I had them out for an estimate on masonry which I had already got about 4 other est. The bids were all over the place and nobody could tell me why. The gentlemen from A-1 took the time to sit down with me and go over why certain people were saying one thing and the others something completely different. In the end I chose to use A-1 and I was so glad that I did. The chimney turned out amazing and I haven't had any problems with it since.

I had them out for an inspection on my fireplace to see if it was safe to burn as we had just moved in. The two men that showed up were very polite and knowledgeable, and spent a lot of time educating us on our fireplace (never had one before). When they left we felt at ease about using our fireplace and would highly recommend them.
