We had the greatest experience. This is our first fireplace and Charles took the time to explain how to properly use and care for the fireplace. Great guy with impeccable knowledge, skills and professionalism. We will be recommending him to all family and friends in the area.

I had a very positive experience with Windy Chimney. John walked me through each step of the process and cleaned both chimneys while also identifying products/services for a longer-term repair project for later in the spring, with an itemized price quote. Professional, without trying to upsell, and even identified which products/steps I could tackle myself to save a bit of $$$. I was very satisfied with the work and I look forward to future projects with them.

Charles responded quickly to my request of having our chimney inspected and cleaned. He was very professional, personable and honest and answered any questions that I had pertaining to the fireplace. Very reasonably priced too. I would definitely hire him again in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive. We always try keeping it as fair and as low as possible. 10% discounts can be applied to certain types of work. Usually general masonry and liners. Please ask in advance if a discount will apply to the work you are seeking.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a connection has been established on Thumbtack, we will set a date and time window that works best for the customer. We will call one day in advance to confirm our appointment window the next day and then on the day of the appointment, we will give another heads-up call to let you know roughly when we expect to arrive at your home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from working in the industry since 1999, we have been certified by CSIA.
