Aqua Flow actually read my job requirements before responding which saved time. Bill their technician installed our whole house water system after evaluating the best place for it in the house. He really knew his business and I will be using them for future projects.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically we try to keep our pricing at a flat rate. It all depends on the size of the job, accessibility, and materials used ect. This flat rate more often than not includes a service call, labor, and materials. We can set up for our technicians to come out and give a free estimate Mondays- Fridays, 9AM-4PM, with no cost to the customer to take a look at the repair needed and give accurate pricing. If an estimate is required on the weekends, there is a small service all fee that the customer will be charged. We do offer a 10% discount for seniors, military, police, and firemen.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whenever possible, we like to set up free estimates in order for our technicians to see the problem first hand and give accurate pricing to the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continuing education is a requirement for Aqua Flow Plumbing technicians that greatly exceeds the state requirements.
