I was looking for a personal chef experience to celebrate a 9 year anniversary and Sergio (Bandy's catering) was one if the first to give a personalized response. Although his specialty is French Cuisine, we wanted mexican so together we created a menu. He honored my dietary restrictions (No pork, apples, cucumber). Together we made substitutions to the recipes to ensure our dietary needs were met. His responsiveness added to his professionalism. The event was planned a month in advance and he would check in to make sure I was still happy with the menu and to establish trust. He provided me with multiple ways of contacting him and sent me a very detailed and professional invoice. Sergio was punctual and the food was delicious. He respected our covid protocol to ensure a safe delivery transaction. Sergio was friendly, personable and a fantastic chef. His assistant was pretty fantastic too! The quality of the food was top notch. Our favorite was the turkey bacon wrapped jumbo shrimp 🦐 with the aioli dipping sauce. Yum! Sergio is a confident and experienced chef. You can tell he loves cooking and can taste the love infused in the food. I recommend Bandy's catering and will definitely be booking them again. Thank you Sergio! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We absolutely loved having Bandy over to our house to cook for our 16 year old’s birthday brunch! Everything was delicious, the homemade whipped cream was amazing, make your own waffle station, crepe station and learning how to make crepes was such a cool touch! We will definitely be using Bandy again in the future and highly recommend him!!!!!
