Introduction

Helping students discover and enhance their musical talents has been my passion and privilege for 38 years.I have taught children and adults ages 5 through senior. Whether it is learning to read/write music, or to just sing/play an instrument, the enjoyment of music can be so beneficial. My background is in Music Therapy with a Masters in Counseling. My goal is to help others achieve their goals in music by enhancing their talents. I specialize in piano, flute and voice. I look forward to speaking with you, and discussing the opportunity to help you, or your son or daughter!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In Studio - $25/half hour In Home - determined by location Books - $12-$30 additional I try to keep costs of materials to a minimum.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Assessment is done at the first lesson. I will talk with student (and parent) about objectives for lessons. Materials needed will also be introduced and explained. There will be an additional charge for books. Although I do not give any written progressive notes, I am very open with communication each week. An assignment notebook is required for each student. Students are required to practice everyday if possible. However, I acknowledge the busy lifestyles and cater the assignments to available time.
