- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give new customers free phone consultations. We can discuss all details of the session. I explain how I work and what the photo shoot looks like. I suggest locations for them and help them to choose the best outfits. I recommend how to prepare kids for a photoshoots as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give free call consultations. After discussing all details of the session I prepare a contract. I get a signed contract and deposit to secure the date and time for customers. I help with outfits. I am always reachable. Any questions people have they can text me or give me a call.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I always take a photography course. Once per 3 months u take education. And also practice as much as I can. Recently I learned videography.
