Tech was Joel, Text to confirm appointment, let me know he was on his way. Arrived on time as agreed, very professional, polite . Mounted the TV on the wall made sure everything was in working order and the adjustment like I wanted , everything looked great , cleaned up after himself couldn’t ask for a better experience as this was my first time ever having a tv mounted , I Love It Thank you so much Joel
