Yoga With Ary

Introduction: My name is Ary and I found yoga when I was at a very depressive point in my life. Yoga helped me overcome my depression and find happiness, confidence, and love for myself. I went on to receive my Certification as a 200 Hour Yoga Instructor, so that I can give back to others that want to relieve their stress and find confidence, happiness, and self love. I offer vinyasa, hatha, and gentle flow styles for all levels. I am flexible with your choice of music genre and am able to come to your home. At the moment I am offering 1 on 1 private sessions in the Champaign County Area.
