- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no standard pricing because each project is unique. From the interests and personalities of our clients to the budget itself. It is not uncommon for a total landscape overhaul to be completed in sections over a course of 2-3 years to meet a specific budget. The same goes for Maintenance. Each property is unique and may require different care than the next.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process can vary depending on the service requested. For landscape services, our process is somewhat very detailed. Upon our first meeting we will discuss the services you desire, the client's interests, priorities, and of course budget. At this time we also ask that all decision makers be present and a Plot of Survey be available. From there, our design team will work hard to provide a plan that fits the customers needs. This step may take several visits to get just right. From there, Installation will begin. A safe work site is important to us. This will be the first priority during the installation. At this point the design will be laid out for one last customer approval. After installation all equipment and materials will be cleaned up and left in a "better than it was" condition.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Chris, a Co-Owner of Edgebrook Services has studied Horticulture throughout college with an emphasis on landscape design and construction. He currently has over 16 years of experience in the industry. Working for one of the nations largest Landscape Firms, The Brickman Group (Currently merged with Valley Crest to create BrightView) is where Chris was able to obtain most of his experience.
