Hello my name is Luke Bartlett I started Tri Inspection Detection to help individuals families and investors with the properties that mattered to them. Home owners and buyers need inspection to help find and understand items found during an inspection. I love working with first time home buyers walking them through the experience of the home inspection. While renters and landlords use my inspections to help make sure the unit was left just how you remembered with a photo document as proof. I was an electrician for 6 yrs in Chicago. I worked in industrial maintenance for 3 yrs. I worked for an insulation company for a year. I am licensed through the state of Illinois and a member in good standing of INTERNACHI. Every inspection includes a home maintenance book to help extend the life of the homes systems in the home itself.
