FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have 10% off right now on all projects. We also have a minimum of $225.00. We dont like to have to do this but the new times have forced us. We are not totally hard and fast on that minimum so never be afraid to ask if we can discount that minimum charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Building a relationship in a short amount of time from the beginning is important. By asking the right questions I can understand and have the matched vision of their expectations of the finished project. Educating my Clients about the different products and services that would make their project a reality. My Dad taught me that you learn more when you listen then when you talk. So that is an important step in understanding my clients project. Working side by side with our clients is something we value. So Communication is very important to have a successful out come.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been painting and working on homes for about 30 years. I have learned by completing all kinds of projects, from building homes, to painting industrial plants, remodel commercial spots, and complete retail projects from the ground up. Unfortunately no school or book has a manual on how to take care of all of the unknowns. I have put in 30 years of learning how to minimize the typical problems we run into doing these contracting jobs even the smallest to the biggest ones. True craftsmanship is hard to find, but we put a lot of pride in it here at Prestige Complete Painting. We are always keeping up with all the new painting products and the latest construction products that help boost our craftsmanship to a even higher quality. These products allow us to offer the longest guarantees in the business.
