Yvonne is a true angel!! I have melasma (dark spots) on the majority of my face and it's very noticeable; however, I wanted the spots to be hidden on my wedding day. I wasn't sure if my wish would be possible, but Yvonne made it happen! The spots were almost invisible to me! I felt so beautiful when I looked into the mirror and couldn't see the spots that so often chip away at my confidence. Without Yvonne, her positive demeanor and her perfectionistic tendencies, I'm not sure what would have happened! She made a wedding day dream come true! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process for working with a new client starts with a discussion about their needs. I gain an understanding of the client's personality and lifestyle. I use my skills as a makeup and/or wardrobe consultant to create their signature look.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received training in image management from the London Image Institute in Atlanta, GA. Consisted of extensive training in color theory, style, body/line analysis, makeup and hairstyle instruction, menswear, wardrobe consulting, shopping practices and individual consultations. The course also provided me with training in all the aspects of appearance, body language, communication, presentation skills and business protocol.
