Lakewood reached out to me regarding a project and we scheduled a day and time for an estimate. They never showed nor did they bother to contact me to let me know they were unable to make it. I'm not surprised when a company I reach out to doesn't call me back, but they were the ones that initiated the contact. Frustrating that people's time is not valued.
