FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always tell my customers: I’ll diagnose the problem first, explain exactly what needs to be fixed, and give you honest pricing before any work is done. No unnecessary repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I listen to the customer and understand the issue. Then I inspect and diagnose the equipment, explain the problem and repair options clearly, and provide upfront pricing before starting the work. Once approved, I complete the repair properly, test the system, and make sure everything is working correctly before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 19 years of hands-on experience in HVAC/R, starting in 2007. I completed formal training in refrigeration and air conditioning installation and hold an EPA Section 608 Universal certification. I also have additional training in HVAC/R systems, electrical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and commercial refrigeration.
