Courteous and helpful employees. Was able to schedule for next day service. The plumber (Rafael) was prompt and was very knowledgeable. My drains are finally “draining.” Everything is working as it should and was left all cleaned up! I’d use them again in a heartbeat!

Very polite, very safe very accurate digging! They did an incredible job of getting all the roots out and made sure none went back in. Had to dig right next to the side walk and north of a tree by 4 feet and didn't damage either! Very happy with the service!!!

Rafael showed up on time. Started in immediately. He kept me updated on his findings after a few passes from a clogged sewer line. Very polite,respectful and knowledgeable. Job well done.

We have a multi-family property that had a main-line sewer back-up with a flooded basement. I received the call 5pm on Saturday. Called DiFoggio and spoke with a nice lady, and a service tech named Rafael arrived around 7pm. We worked until around 11pm and were able to resolve the issue. This was our first time using DiFoggio and it won't be our last. Everyone that helped was great. Highly recommend!
