I had an incredible experience with Mr. Mold Inspector, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. After my water mitigation company failed to apply the antimicrobial spray during mitigation, I was anxious and stressed about possible mold issues. Mike came out and immediately put me at ease.He was extremely thorough, checking every area of concern and conducting mold spore testing that thankfully came back normal. He is extremely knowledgeable, and his attention to detail along with his clear explanations really reassured me during a very overwhelming time. Mike also gave helpful guidance on monitoring humidity levels in my lower level unit and when to use a dehumidifier to prevent future moisture issues. He patiently answered all of my questions and never rushed the process.On top of that, he was genuinely kind and approachable. I truly feel like I now have a trusted resource I can call if any mold, allergen, or environmental concerns ever come up again.The service was worth every penny. I would recommend this company, and especially Mike, without hesitation.

I very rarely write reviews. Mike was so amazing, and Frank took so much time with me on the phone addressing all my concerns and questions. These guys are the epitome of quality service, so kind, considerate, and friendly. I would highly recommend anyone dealing with mold issues to work with Mr Mold Inspector, I hope I don't have more mold issues in the future but if I do I feel better knowing who to call. Thanks guys you rock!

Contacted Mr. Mould/Frank on the Internet. He came out the next day and did comprehensive testing along with some patient explanation. I was self-employed for 45 years and have developed a keen eye for professional integrity.I was more than satisfied if not impressed with his service.Also, he doesnt do remediation/removal so hes quick to point out the precise amount of work that needs to be contracted .. Not too much, not too little. (Especially not to much! :)
