Mr Matsas explained the mechanics of the legal system. I could see him being a good ally, but I was crestfallen when once again I explained everything and even shared docs only to bE informed he could not assist or even do limited scope. So maybe pro se is the way to go.

Dean is an attorney with integrity. He was more than willing to spend time speaking with me assessing my individual situation. We not only went over with the details I provided. He did his own research specific to my situation. After all of this, he directed me to not file for bankruptcy at this time, and explained why it was the best direction for me. I spoke with many Bankruptcyattorney's prior to finding Dean. They all asked me to come in with a certain amount of cash and said they will get it started right away. It is a good thing I found Dean or I would have filed without reason.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is specifically tailored to the individual needs of our clients and we are usually able to quote a flat-fee. In some circumstances, depending upon the legal issues, our fee will be within a specific range (i.e. a minimum amount but not to exceed a maximum amount). We do not charge or base our fee upon an hourly rate, as no client should feel they are being billed every time we speak with them. We provide results, not monthly billing statements.

We focus upon the individual needs of our clients and create a personalized legal solution to address their unique and specific situation.
