- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask the customer fill out a brief survey and strengths assessment so that I can understand their needs and develop a solution and plan that will fit their unique goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a human behavior expert with a background in engineering supply chain and product development.I have over 10 years of experience in corporate recruiting for Fortune 500, public and privately held companies.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had a passion for helping people and a knack recognizing a person's natural strengths and talent. In my roles as a recruiter, I began to notice a discrepancy between the person inside and the person on the piece of paper. I realized I could make a greater impact by helping the individual vs changing an antiquated hiring process.
