• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  I charge by the hour, or by flat rates, depending on the job. I also charge a traveling fee, depending on the distance, to and from the location of event.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  Thru email or by phone, communication is key.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I have a bachelor's degree in Media Arts & Animation and I have 10 years experience as a caricature artist.
