This company was easy to work with. My board at my condo building is very strict as far as COI verbiage and Direct Improvements accommodated me in all the requirements from my condo association. They were punctual and fairly priced. I would hire them again.

Update: They responded to my initial request but I didn’t hear back for a while, so I followed up with a call and scheduled an appointment for a unit removal. We later changed our minds and decided to have the unit serviced instead. I’m so glad we did! Alex was fantastic, the quality of his work is excellent. He made sure both our AC in the house and heater in our workshop were running properly, explained everything thoroughly, and didn’t leave until the job was fully done. His dedication and professionalism were truly admirable. We were so impressed that we ended up signing up for their VIP service plan. I look forward to continuing to work with Direct Improvements in the future!
