The technician was very professional. He saw the condensation pump was over flowing. He examined the furnace. He concluded that the pump was the issue and needed to be replaced. He promptly replaced the pump. Problem resolved. I checked the next day -- no overflowing condensation pump. I am happy! I will pass Direct Improvement's number to my friends.

I love using Direct Improvements I've been a custom for years when I first came across them I was in need of a AC and Heating Unit in my parents old home they came in and saved me wasn't to expensive and the job was don't the same day and since that day I've been calling for my home as well so believe me I've called them on the coldest and the hottest day and they always showed up and now they have this amazing membership to keep your home going Thanks again for saving me money and time.
