We no longer had heat blowing through the vents late in the evening, only cool air. What a bummer.. it was freezing outside. Luckily, Andrew from Duke's responded right away, and was able to get someone out the very next morning. Danny was able to quickly diagnose the issue, replace the faulty part, and we had heat in less than 30 minutes. He was very professional and the price was reasonable for the job. Thank you gentlemen!

I cannot say enough great words about Andrew + team. Helped me with some boiler maintenance and replacing a thermostat. I’m an out of state owner, and they were responsive the entire time and incredibly professional. Highly recommend using them!

Andrew, Javier, and the entire Dukes team is the best! I recommend them without reservation.
They were able to give me a quote over the phone for a full furnace replacement. They beat another provider by more than $1000 & were on par with another competitor. They provided me with a 2 year warranty on their labor.
Andrew was able to review the options with me, the different BTUs, and what that meant for my home. He was able to help me understand the reliability between the brands Rheem Ruud, Lennox, and Train. He was able to recommend air filters and how frequently to change them (once a month).
Their technician Javier and his crew arrived on time between the guaranteed time between 9:30am-10:30am. Within 2.5 hours, they fully replaced my furnace and left the area like it was. They also cleaned the air conditioners coils and tidied up the wiring.
I am happy to rely on them for all my HVAC needs!

Dukes Heating is a wonderful company! When my other heating guy from a different company decided not to show for the appointment I booked, I reached out to Dukes and they came the next day.
It goes a long way with me when professionals show up on time, are passionate about what they do, and take the time to educate customers on best practices to extend the life of expensive home equipment. I already have them in mind for my heater and water tanks maintenance and will have them check out my AC unit before next summer. They are also Vet friendly and it’s much appreciated. Thank you again!
