I am satisfied with the work and the honest feedback. With a heat wave rolling through, our furnace took a dump and needed to be replaced. They were able to replace it and handle any issues that came with it.The owner called back and checked in to see how things were going.

My heat was out on one of the coldest days of the winter. Andrew from Dukes Heating responded almost immediately to schedule a visit. He sent Vince to service my heater. Vince assessed the situation and knew the solution right away. He was very informative and taught me some tips and tricks when setting my thermostat. The charge was fair and it’s been warm and cozy ever since. He also let me know other services they render and gave me a timeline of when they should be done! I will call them again if I need services.
