We hired Chef Khan of Grand Trunk Catering for a private dinner party of nine. He arrived right on time and prepared every dish fresh, featuring his special recipes for Lamb Lollipops with homemade chimichurri sauce and Tuna Tataki with mango salsa. The Prime Rib was cooked to absolute perfection. Chef Khan, a delightful gentleman, engaged our guests with warm conversation, and everyone was blown away by the taste, quality, and overall experience. What a great evening! All of us enjoyed our time together with Chef Khan and the food was so delicious! He took the time to teach some the proper technique, and we enjoyed how personable he was with us learning his history and how he got to where he is now. We highly recommend him, and some day will have him back!

I hired Chef Khan to prepare a private dinner for my husband’s birthday, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the outset, Chef Khan was professional and incredibly responsive, even when I was unsure about the menu. After a brief consultation, he skillfully crafted a menu tailored to my husband’s tastes, showcasing his creativity and culinary expertise. Two days before the event, Chef Khan reached out to confirm the menu and ensure everything was in place. On the day of the dinner, he arrived early, prepared, and exuded kindness and professionalism. The food was absolutely extraordinary—each dish was more impressive than the last. The flavors were incredibly rich, and the quality surpassed what you’d expect even from Chicago’s top-tier restaurants. In fact, Chef Khan’s food exceeded those expectations! Not only did we have ample portions for seconds and thirds, but my husband couldn’t stop raving about the meal, and my entire family was equally impressed. Chef Khan has definitely earned our trust, and we will be relying on him for all our future private events. Highly recommend!
