- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My consultation is $120 and lasts 2 hours. I take the first hour to listen, observe and ask questions. The second hour is more hands on, me demonstrating how I interact and work with your Dog. My lessons are $200 for 2 hours and take place in your home. Prices increase with longer travel distances. Most of my clients only need 4 lessons maximum, but it all depends on an individual situation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with an in person evaluation and lesson in the home to get the best understanding of the situation. It's also a great time to ask me any questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have Loved Dogs my whole life. I began training Dogs in San Francisco, CA under a master trainer and have also trained under other master trainers in Chicago as well. I have also spent years studying and observing Dog communication, psychology and behavior. The Dog has been my greatest teacher.
