Eldridge was very professional and courteous. He responded to my request almost immediately. He tried to get a team out to do the work on Sunday, but ended up giving me a Monday morning appointment. He and his co-worker assessed the site before removing the dead rabbit in our bathroom ceiling fan. They sanitized the room and the fan. The put a screen over the outside duct, so no other animals would be able to get into the fan.
