Very quick response and kept me updated on expected arrival time. Inspected the roof and did not find any areas where ingress may have occurred but sprayed the area to discourage animals from exploring further. They seemed to be very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I would definitely use them again.

I’m so thankful to Eldridge, he came out the same day and explained everything he was going to do. I’m terrified of mice and I had a nest of them in my ceiling. He removed them the next day and sealed up all entry points in my house. I pray my problem is resolved but if not I got him on speed dial. lol

I had the pleasure of working with this company during a difficult time. I manage a building and was out of town. I had been attempting to manage a rodent problem, myself for two months laying down poison, setting up traps, and trying to repair potential holes with a little luck. These guy came in and did a thorough job diagnosing the problems for the entire building both inside and out. They described the solutions which was a combo of poison and using something like concrete to patch holes. They did a lot of work, gave me a fair price, and made it easy to work with my tenants schedules. It is now two months later and the rodent issue remains resolved. Highly recommend, would work with them again.

They were great !! Very professional, very patient with me . I had squirrels in my attic and was freaking out because they were so noisy and crying , drove me nuts ! They came out ASAP. Then it was Easter Weekend, and they were out of town. I must of called like 7 times and he was extremely patient saying I was no bother . Very personable . Definitely a 5 star company!!! Also I learned they do several things other than rodent/wildlife. I definitely will be using them for other projects!!! Michele Sullivan
