I couldn't be happier with the final results! Teknigram Graphics was able to translate my abstract ideas into high quality finished printer ready art files. They were professional, always listened to what I needed, were quick to respond ,and gave insightful comments and suggestions . I started a new online venture and needed a great logo for it to use on the site as well as on business cards, etc. All I had was the name of my company and a couple of random ideas. I saw Teknigram's Thumbtack profile and portfolio and really liked what I saw, so I contacted M to see if her firm could help. She took my scattered thoughts and quickly and professionally put together an amazing set of options with top-notch graphics and extremely creative approaches to my branding. With her professional guidance I now have an amazing brand logo which I love more and more every time I look at it. And I have to say it was a tough choice to get to my "finalist" as she provided not just one, but about 14 amazing choices. M was able to tweak details right away to perfect my logo and - VOILA! - here we are. I found her to be thoroughly professional & highly knowledgeable and I seriously believe she was as excited to create the branding for my new venture as I was to launch it. All of this at an extremely reasonable cost and rapid responses makes me more than happy to recommend M and Teknigram Graphics very, very highly.
I will end this by saying that my father was a graphic artist with a very successful studio so when it comes to the creative processes and timing of projects like this, I am particular and specific as I grew up in this environment. I was hoping to find an artist as capable and creative as my Dad.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically do not do flat fees because I want to give my clients the best deal. (Flat rates are usually padded to cover all eventualities.)
Instead I will talk over the project with you, give you an estimate, and as the process progresses I will keep you up to date on the project creativity and the estimate. I have a strong sense of ethics and it is a high priority for me to help bring your project to life—with no extra costs.

I also can get high quality printing at wholesale (60% off?) graphics pricing. No catch, no up-charging. (Flyers, books, booklets, bus cards, etc etc.)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we meet (whether online, phone, in person, etc.) I like to hear what the client is looking for, take notes and then send them some ideas of the actual process and expectations based on their specific needs, as well as an idea of cost.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BFA in Graphics, Additional studies toward web design (and html / CSS), ongoing learning of multiple softwares, over 20 year’s extremely broad experience in many different aspects of design.
