Ms. Hera is a very patient teacher. My son, 9, has been taking lessons with her for more than a year and has learnt a lot up to now. He currently plays music by Tarrega, Christmas, and a lot of pop tunes!

Hera is an awesome piano teacher. She teaches and explains music theory in the most simplest form to grasp, understand and apply to the piano. She is encouraging and I definitely look forward to our lessons.

Hera is the kindness, most supportive, and most vigilant vocal coach that I have ever had. She puts so much dedication into improving your voice without degrading you or making you feel down. My pricings are competitive with the current music lessons market.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With correspondence over email and communication in person, I ask about the clients needs, and if there is any thing specific they would like to learn or work on, and then I have them fill out a goals sheet which is just for me to be the best teacher I can be for them, and I keep my lessons focused on their goals adjusting them as the student's goals change.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associate in arts degree in fine arts music and I am close to finishing my B.A. in Music through Columbia College Chicago.
