- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First Time (New Client) Consultation and Treatment - $180 (2h) Regular Distance Reiki Treatment - $125 (90m, includes treatment and discussion) An appointment is reserved only upon payment of invoice. There is a $30 rescheduling fee. All purchases are non-refundable. A 48-hour notice to cancel an appointment is required. If the 48-hour notice is not given, the client will be charged for the treatment. If the client does not show or call to cancel the appointment, the client will also be charged.A late arrival to, or missed(no-show) appointment is not eligible to reschedule and is non-refundable. All purchases are non-refundable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You are welcomed through phone or email correspondence. During this time, you and I decide whether we are a good fit to work together. Next, I will email you a form to help me get to know you and your needs. I will also send any information about how to prepare for your session. On the day of or before your remote session, you will receive a zoom link and links to any other resources related to the session. For Remote Reiki: We will have a brief check-in via zoom before I start the Reiki. I will ask you to set an alarm. Then we will end the zoom call and I will begin to send Reiki. When your alarm rings, the Reiki portion of the session is complete. Log back in to the zoom link. We will discuss the treatment and anything you would like to share from the experience. I will share any impressions from the session if they arise. I will do my best to answer any questions. This concludes the session.
