- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Chicago Cleaning Group, we offer transparent, flat-rate pricing based on the size of your home or business and the level of cleaning needed (Standard or Deep). We also offer recurring service discounts: Weekly Cleanings: 15–20% off Biweekly: 10–15% off Monthly: 5–10% off There are no hidden fees. Optional add-ons like interior fridge, oven, or window cleaning can be selected at booking. A 10% deposit is required to secure your cleaning date, and you’ll pay the remaining balance on the day of service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning about your needs. Once you book through our website or Thumbtack, we’ll: Confirm your appointment and details. Send a 10% deposit invoice. Assign a professional cleaning team. Ensure before & after photos are taken for quality assurance. We prioritize punctuality, quality service, and communication. Our team arrives on time, brings supplies (unless otherwise requested), and leaves your space spotless.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cleaners are trained in professional-grade residential and commercial cleaning techniques. We follow CDC guidelines for sanitation. Each team member is trained on safety, chemical handling, and efficiency. Management reviews each job for quality control. Our founder has also completed business training for service-based operations and CRM usage for customer satisfaction and workflow.
