Clean or dust window sills, furniture, railings, fixtures, mirrors, lamps, outlets, vents,and baseboards. Spot clean walls and high touch areas. Clean all kitchen appliances, cabinets, countertops, and inside microwave. Deep clean includes wiping behind all appliances. Scrub and sanitize sinks,tubs, showers, and toilets. Sweep,vacuum, and mop all floors. Remove trash and cobwebs. Thank them for their request. Discuss details Establish a quote. Discuss payment methods and discounts. Arrange an appointment. Complete the to-do list in a professional and timely manner. Then follow-up with the client to confirm quality control

Certified both in custodian maintenance and OSHA by Lake Land College. Between school and now, I've been experienced professionally for 16yrs
