Introduction: My practice is dedicated exclusively to employment law.
I represent employees with their workplace issues: sexual harassment; hostile work environment; and discrimination because of race, religion, age, gender, pregnancy, national origin, sexual orientation, or gender identity; or I help those who have suffered retaliatory or wrongful termination.
I have the experience and resources to represent employees in disputes involving the Americans with disabilities act, the family and medical leave act, whistle blower retaliation, workers' compensation, retaliatory discharge claims, and unemployment compensation, among others.
