Having worked with various public defender offices, along with the State Attorney, I have extensive experience defending people charged with criminal offenses, at the municipal, misdemeanor, and felony level. Furthermore, I am well-versed in immigration law and has successfully terminated removal proceedings, most recently, a deportation case involving a client that was a drug dealer. Besides criminal and immigration matters, I have handled cases in nearly all areas of the law: orders of protection; civil no contact orders; products liability/plane crash; premise liability/slip-and-fall; medical and legal malpractice; citation proceedings/collections; DUI and license suspension; breach of contract; divorce; parental rights, and more.
