- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Clients should know half the amount of service is due to book the date and time. The remainder is due after service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is knowing the event, date, and time, setting up a consult, taking deposit if client decides to book.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m actually a licensed Esthetician, in which I’m certified in makeup, microdermabrasion, peels, exfoliants, and waxing. I’ve also just launched my own cosmetics line, which consist of lipstick and lashes. More products are being added.
