Room reorganization: All 3 areas of Work Quality, Professionalism and Punctuality are all 5 star reviews. Emelia & Chad arrived on time, worked nonstop for 7 plus hours, communicated very well and reorganized my spare bedroom where I now have space to access things. They worked together very impressively (husband/wife team) and got the project completed. They even hauled off my trash & donations. I highly and strongly recommend Emelia & Chad for remarkable organizational skills. Job very well done!!

I recently had Nomadic Neel Network come to help my elderly mother clear out and organize her apartment. She had a lot of stuff. They responded so quickly and were so kind and great to work with. My mother really enjoyed working with them and getting to know them throughout the day. I know speaking with Emelia on the phone she showed compassion and a real understanding of how it may be hard for elderly folks to let go of stuff. She really cares about her clients. Emelia was super responsive and helpful from the minute she received my inquiry! She was highly professional, on time, and did the job in the time she said it would take. They where great to work with, from the very first contact to the very end. They got back with me in the same day I began to search for help with my project. very polite and professional. They arrived about 15 minutes early the first day and every day for the duration of the project (3 Days). they where fast and though in each area I had ask them to organize and deep clean. They even included cleaning my carpets , changed light bulbs in several places, fixed my kitchen drawer, and put together a large shelving unit. One of the best things they did when they where finished with my projects, was to let me know they had extra time left, and did I have anything else I would like done before they left, I actually ended up getting another whole room done in my house! My husband said it was like coming home to a whole new apartment. Both my husband and I are extremely satisficed with the work they did for us. If I ever need a job like this done again they will be the company I contact

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Instant Book has a minimum of $1,200. This includes 2 organizers for 6 hours. Traditional booking has a minimum of 4 hours with 1 organizer. $100 per professional per hour. Visit our website for package pricing! Travel fees may apply for some locations. No worries, we are transparent and will include a break down of these fees in your quote. Military service members receive 15% discount with military identification.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Since it’s a custom project the first step is always to get to know each other. You can not create a perfectly tailored space without deep understanding of the clients needs. We then book a consultation (virtual or in-person) during which we familiarize ourselves with the project space. At the conclusion of the consultation the client is provided with the estimated project cost and timeline. We pride ourselves on transparency and consistency. Unlike most organizational professionals, we book with a deposit. No more stressing about astronomical upfront costs! We work with your schedule, providing extended hours both on weekdays and weekends. Now it’s time to sit back relax and let the experts transform your space with elite efficiency.
